Optimal Equine Performance Coaching for Equestrians

STRONGER RIDERS BUILD A SOUNDER HORSE

ONLINE CLINICAL PERFORMANCE COACHING DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR RIDERS
BUILT BY A DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY, FROM THE GROUND UP, FOR YOUR BODY AND YOUR RIDING GOALS

You can put everything into your horse and still feel stuck. If your seat, hips, core, shoulders, thoracic spine, lumbar spine or mobility can’t keep up with the job, your horse ends up compensating, and your progress hits a ceiling. I help female riders rebuild strength, control, and stability in the saddle so you and your horse can level up together

Clinically designed

Every program is built by a licensed DPT, not a general fitness coach. Your asymmetries, compensations, and riding goals shape every exercise.

Built for western riders

Not a generic program with a horse on the cover. Designed around the specific demands of riding and what your horse needs from your body.

Updated every two weeks

Your program evolves with you. Every Tuesday your program is updated based on your check-in feedback and progress.

Who this is for:

  • You feel unstable, uneven, or “out of sync” in the saddle, even when your horse is trained and trying.
  • You’re dealing with hip pinching, low back tightness, SI irritation, knee pain, ankle pain, shoulder pain, stiffness in thoracic spine or nagging injuries that keep coming back.
  • Your cues aren’t landing (inside leg, outside rein, seat control) and you’re stuck thinking, “Why can’t I make this consistent?”
  • You’ve done PT before, but you still don’t feel performance-ready on a horse.
  • You want to build a body that can handle speed, stops, turns, rate, and long days without breaking down.

How I fix the missing piece

1) Assess what your body is doing in the saddle
We identify the strength/mobility/control gaps that show up as compensation: collapsing hips, brace patterns, uneven stirrup pressure, drifting, dumping a shoulder, losing your outside, etc.

2) Build rider-specific strength + control (not random workouts)
You’ll train the exact patterns that transfer: pelvic control, hip rotation strength, trunk stiffness (the good kind), adductor/abductor coordination, and the “stay stacked under pressure” skill.

3) Progress it into performance
We bridge gym → saddle with progressions that match your discipline. The goal isn’t perfect exercises—it’s a more effective seat and a horse that can stay straighter, freer, and more consistent

How we can work together

No matter which option you choose:

You’ll get a program built specifically for riders. Every exercise is selected and progressed based on how your body needs to function in the saddle:

This isn’t general fitness and it isn’t random rehab. It’s training that transfers to how you ride

Why this works (and why it’s different)

Your horse responds to forces. You are a major source of those forces. If you collapse, brace, or shift, your horse compensates, often through the shoulders, ribs, SI, or stride timing.

Generic strength training helps, but performance riding requires control + coordination at the pelvis/hips/trunk. That’s where most riders leak power and stability.

PT should get you out of pain. Performance coaching gets you back to doing the job at speed. This is the bridge.

You don’t need to ride harder. You need your body to stop being the limiting factor.
